About the 2025 Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme
The Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme empowers young Nigerian graduates with real-world experience, access to industry mentors, and lifelong professional connections to launch their dream careers.
Successful candidates who are able to pass the YOE assessments are trained, mentored and attached to various firms (such as PWC, Access Bank, Chapel Hill Denham, Ecobank, Greenwich Merchant Bank, First Bank, Polaris Bank, Wema Bank, etc) as paid interns for a period of six (6) months.
Exceptional candidates may be retained by these organizations as full-time staff members.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates who meet the below requirements are encouraged to participate in the programme,
- Nigerian university graduates between the age of 18 – 26.
- Graduates with a minimum of second class lower (2:2) degree
- Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service (NYSC)
- Currently residing in Nigeria
