About the Graduate Trainee Program at New Cross and Pan Ocean
New Cross and Pan Ocean Companies are building the next generation of energy leaders and as part of their long-term workforce strategy, Newcross and Pan Ocean Companies are launching the pilot phase of the Graduate Trainee Program (GTP), a strategic talent initiative designed to develop high-potential graduates for future roles across its assets.
This pilot program is a stepping stone in their journey to build a resilient, future-focused workforce equipped to navigate the evolving energy landscape.
Requirements
Graduates who:
- Hold a minimum 2:1 from a recognised university
- Are 30 years old or younger
- Have completed NYSC
- Have 0-2 years post-NYSC experience
- Are digitally savvy and computer literate
- Are open to relocation and fieldwork
