About Sundry Markets’ Retail Management Trainee Programme
The Retail Management Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative designed to groom the next generation of leaders in modern retail. This program offers hands-on training, real-world exposure, and mentorship opportunities that will prepare you for leadership roles within Sundry Markets.
As a Retail Management Trainee, you will gain first-hand experience in retail operations, customer experience, sales strategy, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in an intensive, structured training program that covers all major areas of retail operations.
- Work under the guidance of seasoned store managers to understand daily operations and key performance metrics.
- Participate in team supervision, training sessions, and performance monitoring activities.
- Contribute to achieving store sales goals and delivering top-notch customer service.

- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand business operations from a holistic perspective.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, Statistics, Food Science, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.

- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications , Interpersonal skills , Numerical and analytical , Attention to details , Self-motivated , Good organizational skills.
- A recent graduate or a professional with up to 3 years of experience in retail or a related field.
